Salad Dressing
Cooked by thsi week's group! Try it out at home.
25g /1oz chopped onion
50ml ( 2floz)vegetable oil
30ml(2 tbsp) rice wine vinegar
30ml (2tbls)water
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of chopped celery
15ml (1 tbls)soy sauce
7.5ml (1.5 tsps)tomato puree
7.5ml (1.5 tsps) sugar
5ml (1 tsps) lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Whizz everything in a blender and process till smoothe.
Serve over mixed salad leaves or perfect over cooked pasta and chicken shreds

Parents are invited to attend P5/6's Book Launch
at
2pm - 2.30pm
Refreshments will be provided.
A meeting will take place at Udny Green School on Thursday 18th March 2010
at 7pm to discuss the final trip arrangements.
Staff accompanying the trip will be Mr Ferguson and Mr Coyle.
Parent helper will be Mrs Gemma Miller.
